Shipping fees vary by region. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders that meet the minimum purchase requirements below. All orders are primarily dispatched via FedEx.

● United States: $25 USD (Complimentary on orders over $100 USD)
● United Kingdom: £25 GBP (Complimentary on orders over £100 GBP)
● European Union: €30 EUR (Complimentary on orders over €120 EUR)
● Canada: $35 CAD (Complimentary on orders over $160 CAD)
● South Korea: ₩30,000 KRW (Complimentary on orders over ₩165,000 KRW)
● Hong Kong: HK$160 (Complimentary on orders over HK$900)
● Taiwan: NT$700 (Complimentary on orders over NT$3,800)

Note: For customers in China, Australia, and New Zealand, please contact or visit authorized retailers in your respective countries.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas.


Delivery & Tracking


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

● Holiday Notice: Please note that lead times may be extended during Japanese public holidays.
● Signature Confirmation: For security purposes, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. Should you choose to waive the signature requirement or request a "no-signature" delivery (such as a package drop-off) via FedEx Delivery Manager, Knitwin Co., Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend receiving your shipment in person.


Taxes & Custom Duties


We are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience with no hidden costs.

● All-Inclusive Pricing (DDP): All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This indicates that all applicable customs duties, VAT, and sales taxes are either included in the product price or calculated at checkout.

No additional charges will be required upon delivery. You may complete your purchase with the assurance that the total at checkout represents the final cost.


Unsuccessful Delivery & Returns


In the event that a package is returned to Japan due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., failed delivery attempts, unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping information), the following conditions shall apply:

● The costs for both outbound and return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
● Refunds will be issued once the shipment has been safely received and inspected at our warehouse in Japan.
