How to Send an e-Gift
The sender simply selects the product and completes the payment. Even without knowing the recipient's address, the gift is completed just by sending a URL.

How to Receive an e-Gift
The recipient simply opens the redemption URL and enters the required information. You can choose the delivery date, time, and size, and receive the gift when it's convenient for you.

Yes. With an e-Gift, all you need to do is send the recipient the "Redemption URL" issued after purchase. The recipient will then securely enter their own address, size, and preferred delivery date/time, so the sender does not need to know any address information.

The sender does not need to select the size. The recipient completes the order by selecting the appropriate size (e.g., 23-25cm, 25-27cm, 27.5-30cm, etc.) on the redemption screen.
- Q3. Is gift wrapping available for e-Gifts?

Yes, you can choose gift wrapping for e-Gifts. If an item is eligible for free wrapping, the option will be available for the recipient to select on the redemption screen.
- Q4. Is there an expiration date for the gift redemption?

Yes. The recipient must enter their delivery information within 14 days of the purchase date. If the deadline passes, the order will be treated as canceled and become invalid.

E-Gifts cannot be purchased in the same order as regular products. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place separate orders for e-Gifts and regular purchases.

Currently, e-Gifts are only available for delivery within Japan.

In principle, cancellations and returns are not possible after purchase. However, in cases such as the gift redemption period expiring or out-of-stock items, we will process a refund or issue store credit.
